Service Level Options

The service level options listed below vary by need and skillset. Response times are subject to local availability. Olatech Infrastructure Technologies Remote Hands offering is not a replacement for data center professional services projects or maintenance contracts.

Same Day
  • Service Window: Normal business hours; 0800 to 1700 (local time) at the location where services are to be provided.
  • Onsite Arrival Time: Olatech Infrastructure will use commercially-reasonable efforts to arrive “as soon as possible”. In the event arrival time extends to the next business day from initiation, Olatech Infrastructure will consider the service delivered under NBD rates.
Next Business Day (NBD)
  • Service Window: Normal business hours; 0800 to 1700PM (local time) at the location where services are to be provided.
  • Onsite Arrival Time: The next business day after request
Scheduled (2+Days)
  • Service Window: Normal business hours; 0800 to 1700 (local time) at the location where services are to be provided.
  • Onsite Arrival Time: A minimum of two (2) days advance notice
